In this exercise, the prospect will overcome their funding fears as they review their own funding capacity and learn how to increase if via personal and business credit.

The prospect will overcome their fear of funding and understand that with a good credit score they can secure the funding required.

Action

In this exercise the prospect will learn how to leverage their own funding capacity with hard money so that a deal can be made.

Desired Outcome

The prospect will see that there are numerous hard money lenders and gain additional confidence in the funding process.
